New! XFit Bootcamp

Start the day off right with our high intensity bootcamp style work out. In XFit we combine plyometrics, cardio, and resistance training to get your heart pumping and the fat melting off your body in no time. XFit begins with a functional warm up followed by intervals of different types of resistance training and cardio. This bootcamp is for people of all ages and fitness levels as you are able to go at your own pace. Please join Kristin and Gabi on Tuesdays mornings at 6:15 in the main studio for a work out you won’t want to miss.
