Sydney has been dancing for 20 years with experience in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary/lyrical, hip-hop, and pointe. Sydney holds a certification from AFAA in Group Fitness and is certified in Barre, and Pumped Up Strength. Hello TSG Members! Thank you all for your feed back this Summer on the Saturday gym classes. We heard you and have adjusted the start times so BODYPUMP and Step Challenge could be a 60 minutes.
