Class Rules (phase 2)

The SeattleGYM Instructors are excited to be working out with you in person. We want to keep everyone healthy and safe while working out together. Please read all the information below.

Due to limited class size during Phase 2 a Class Reservation is Required. Reserve Here.

If you are unable to attend a class you booked, please notify us (ideally the night before) either by emailing cancel@theseattlegym.com or calling the front desk at 206.283.2303 during business hours.

Mon- Fri : 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sat & Sun: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

Please stay home if you are sick.
• Try to arrive 10 minutes before class and check in at the front desk.
• Masks are required upon entrance, exit and while walking through the gym. Masks are optional during your workout. It is safe for most people to wear a mask while working out.
• Wash your hands/use hand sanitizer upon arrival and completion of class.
• Enter the studio and set up your personal space at least 5 minutes before schedule start time.
• BYOG( Bring Your Own Gear)- Please bring your own mat and water bottle. TSG is not allowed to provide other small equipment typically used in several of our classes. Our TSG FIT KIT(gliding discs, circle band, small ball) is available for purchase at the front desk. Items are sold separately too. Please bring the TSG FIT KIT to the following classes: Reach, Reach The Barre, Pilates Mat, TBT & Cardio&Sculpt.
• The SeattleGYM will provide dumbbells & barbell sets for your workout. Please clean them before and after class. Disinfectant, towels and wipes are supplied.
• Maintain a minimum of 6 feet apart distance from other participants in gym spaces at all times.

Your arrival at TSG is your confirmation that you are not experiencing the following symptoms:
• Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fever(above 100.4), chills, muscle pain, sore throat
• New loss of taste or smell
• Gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
