Cycle “Pop-Up” Mondays at 6:30am

“Pop-Up” cycle class in June!

Monday morning at 6:30am for June.

Monday Cycle class for all of June!  Starting June 3, join Cycle Instructor and Personal Trainer Anthony Gilliland, in the TSG cycle studio for an early morning 45 minute ride. Cycle is an incredible low-impact cardiovascular workout that will improve strength, speed, power and endurance.  Breath, flexibility and upper body conditioning with bands will be meshed into the workout to get everyone moving better and feeling energized. Note: TSG cycles have pedals designed to accommodate both cycle shoes and athletic shoes.
