Pop-Up Class "30/30"
Combines 30 minutes of high intensity Boot Camp with 30 minutes of Deep Stretch Yoga to give you a great full body workout and complete muscle recovery in ONE class.
Prior to class start time, please warm-up for 10 minutes at moderate intensity on a cardio machine of your choice (ex. bike, treadmill, elliptical).
