In the TSG Circuit Class you will move from one station to the next with at least one cardio station to bring on the sweat and increase metabolic conditioning.
Prior to class start time, please warm-up for 10 minutes at moderate intensity on a cardio machine of your choice (ex. bike, treadmill, elliptical).
