WA Phase 3 Plan UPDATE


Hi Everyone,
We hope you have heard – King County will continue Phase 3 on May 14th, 2021 with a new WA total reopening goal of June 30th. Effective the CDC has also issued new mask protocols for people with have been vaccinated.

What that means for the Seattle Gym:
Overall, this new Phase 3 GYM operations will allow us to continue as is with only a few restrictions, giving members access to workout equipment, classes and what many of us want and need--space.

Note about Masks: Members who have been vaccinated will not be required to wear masks, but social distancing will continue to be encouraged throughout the gym.

1. For GYM Access: NO reservation required
• The GYM will be open at 50% capacity.
• We also request that everyone abide by current 6 ft. social distancing standard whenever in the facility, using Gym equipment, and/or moving around.

2. For CARDIO LOFT: NO Reservation required.
• Will have Max capacity for 15 members.


3. For GroupX Classes: NO reservation required
• Class size restricted to 20 members. Instructor may be teaching from the stage or floor.
• Schedule will continue to be limited, with some classes simultaneously live-streamed for TSG Facebook page.


4. For BARRE STUDIO: NO Reservation required
• Private space to workout with the new MIRROR, Daily Burn, TSG VFit workouts or to simply have room to yourself
• Will have Max capacity for 3 members, on a first come basis

5. For CYCLING STUDIO: NO reservation required.
• Cycle classes will have Max capacity of 12 members.
• When class not in session Cycle room is available for you to workout to Peloton on our big screen, or cycle on your own. Limit 3 persons.

The locker rooms will be open for necessary and limited personal use.
Showers, saunas and lockers are now open for use.

We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for our members and have been diligently reviewing guidelines recommended by Federal and State authorities, the CDC and OSHA-- as well as providing you with our industry’s best to stay healthy and strong. These new WA state requirements allow us to get one step closer to some normalcy.

As a community that thrives on working out we are in this together. We will need your help, and ask that you remain patient, compliant, and vigilant.

Fri: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sat-Sun: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm
