Join Vicki Moen (TSG GroupX Coordinator) as she speaks with Jill Pagano, about her new book Getting Happy With Your Body: How to Live In, Learn From and Love Your Body Once and For All. We’ll discuss how we can go beyond weight loss and exercise and still get happy with our body. Question and answer time with Jill will be offered.
Jill’s book will be available for sale during the event with a percentage of proceeds dedicated to benefit the non-profit organization Dance to Be Free. Dance to be Free is a non-profit organization founded to radically improve the lives of incarcerated women through the healing power of dance.
Jill Pagano is a speaker, author, consultant and former TSG instructor. For over 25 years she has been an ambassador for the human body, influencing countless individuals to improve their well-being through movement and mindfulness.
