Knockout is a 45-minute workout influenced by Kickboxing, Pilates and Functional Training. In this non-stop high energy workout the beginner will rise to a new fitness level while the intermediate and advanced athlete will build on their endurance.
With the utilization of Pilates principles, plyometrics and kickboxing sports drills you will: achieve goals, build confidence, define and strengthen muscles, improve balance, flexibility, mindfulness, increase metabolic rate and Knockout calories!
