membership update – The SeattleGYM Health Club

Membership Info:

Thank you to our members and friends who have reached out with messages of encouragement and support over the past three weeks. The Seattle GYM has, as many of you know, been operating on Queen Anne since 1982 and we will reopen as soon as we receive the Governor’s go-ahead, and it is safe and prudent to do so.

In this time of great national difficulty, we understand the challenges you are facing because every Seattle GYM staff member is facing the same challenges. In addition to the stress placed on us all by this worldwide pandemic, we all miss our workouts, and our connection to the Seattle GYM community.

We hope, as part of your membership, that you have had a chance to view the free workout videos that Seattle GYM instructors have been posting daily. (See our Home Page at www.theSeattleGYM.com for details.)

However, we realize that each person has unique exercise needs and interests. Thus, you may suspend your billing immediately, if that is the best option for you at this time. Please submit your Freeze Request at: www.theSeattleGYM.com/Freeze and we will process it immediately.

To address two other membership questions that have come up:
• All active memberships will be fully credited for any membership time lost during our temporary closure. For members who are on an ongoing billing plan (EFT members), we will place a credit on your account to compensate for dues paid.

• For members who paid for their memberships in-full (Paid-In-Full members), you may choose an extension of your current membership term, or a discount on your next Paid-In-Full membership.

• All PTX Package expiration dates have been removed.
