A NEW evening class starts Feb. 9th! Pumped Up Strength Wednesdays 5:30 -6:15 pm (45 min) with Vicki. Pumped Up Strength dynamically integrates your upper and lower body for a workout that combines strength + cardio, revs up your metabolism and trains your body in a whole new way.
