SeattleGYM is adding a cycle class to the group fitness schedule. Starting March 26 join Kendra
Wednesday night at 6:45 pm for 45 minutes of fitness magic on the bike. Training on the bike improves
cardiovascular endurance, strengthens leg muscles and boost metabolism. It’s a great low-impact
training method to mix in with your strength and mind-body workouts. Class size is limited to 20
bikes. Reserve your bike at the front desk prior to class and get ready to sweat!
Kendra originally entered the fitness industry
as a certified personal trainer and running
coach in 2012. A passion for indoor cycling and
the benefits it provides, lead her to become an
Keiser and Stages cycle instructor for the past
10 years. She strives to provide a sense of value,
education, and resilience within class and
loves to teach how adaptability of group cycling
can evolve with one’s experience or physical
limitations. Certifications include: Keiser
M3/M3i Cycling Instructor, Stages Cycling
Instructor, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer,
RRCA Run Coaching Certified, Prenatal/Postpartum
Certified, SFG Kettlebell Foundations.
