Please welcome Sophie to SeattleGYM Instructor Team. She will be teaching Ruby Dance Sat. 9:15 am starting May 25th!

Sophie Trombetta has been teaching fitness classes since 2015, with roots in ballet, hip-hop, and Latin dance. Starting with a Zumba certification in 2014, she has instructed a range of classes including Zumba, Dance Fitness, and most recently Ruby. Sophie has a BS in Biology from KSU and an MS in Animal Science from WSU. She loves exploring outdoors and studying nature.
