Mondays 12pm: Step Challenge with Kari
An advanced-level Step Dance workout for those who love the challenges of learning Step choreography. The add-on method of progression pushes both body and brain.
Kari’s step class is only offered live at TSG Queen Anne.
Fridays 12pm: Reach™ with Kari
A popular fusion of Ballet and Fitness training, suitable for all levels. The focus is developing full-body quality of movement, strength, flexibility and balance.
Portions of the workout may include use of weights and Ballast Ball.
Sundays 12pm: TotalBodyTabata™ with Autumn
Experience this member-loved athletic-based, calorie-burning workout format: 20sec intervals of high intensity, followed by 10sec rest, repeated 8 times.
Loaded with efficient targeted exercises and great for all levels of experience!
