Here is where old-school and new-school aerobic dance moves get mashed up with fitness moves(burpees, punches, kicks, squat jumps, jacks & more), choreographed to fun music from a mix of decades and genres. It’s an energetic hour of mixed-impact cardio fitness for all levels. Choreography is easy to follow and low-impact moves provided.
