Hello TSG Members!
Thank you all for your feed back this Summer on the Saturday gym classes. We heard you and have adjusted the start times so BODYPUMP and Step Challenge could be a 60 minutes.

Please note the new start times for Saturday Group Fitness beginning 9/14.

7:40 – 8:40 am TBT Reps – Autumn

8:50 – 9:50 am BODYPUMP – Joey 

10:00 – 11:00 am Step Challenge – Jana/Janice 

11:10 am – 12:10 pm CardioDance- Kari
