Welcome to The Zone! Are you ready to test your limits with this fast-paced circuit class that combines strength, cardio and HiiT to achieve that must have metabolic conditioning affect?
Your trainer will challenge you using a combination of water rowers, treadmills, bikes, battle ropes, kettle bells, slam balls, body weight and more. No two classes are alike! When you enter The Zone you will continue to burn calories 12 -24 hours after the workout, scientifically known as EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), or quite simply, the after-burn!
We hope you set the goal for yourself to, “Get comfortable being uncomfortable!” Workout finishes with meditation for the complete mind-body connection.
