Description: If you have always wanted to try meditation, or have tried, but want to pick it up again, this is the perfect opportunity. This class is designed to teach you to effortlessly grasp the fundamentals of meditation and to allow its easy application into your daily life.

Duration: 30 mins

When: Tuesday’s @ 7:30 pm Laurelhurst
Teacher: Kal Broderick

Kal is a seasoned meditator and meditation teacher. He was introduced to meditation at the age of 4 and has been practicing ever since. Kal has been teaching others to meditate for over a decade and is excited to offer this 6 week into to mediation class to those who have always wanted to learn.
