Co-Owner Kari Anderson is producer and star of over 20 award-winning fitness videos. She has been a featured presenter at fitness conventions around the world. Her professional awards include IDEA “Fitness Instructor of the Year”, IDEA “Business Person of the Year” and ACE “Fitness Director of the Year”.
The SeattleGYM features leading weight room equipment, state-of the-art cardio facilities with PVS (personal viewing screens), full service locker rooms with dry saunas, tanning room, nutritional counseling, personal training and a reception area. As a group we continually search for new, motivating ideas, all based on the sound principles of exercise and systematic training to give you a safe and effective workout.
