PHASE 1 PLAN for the new “Healthy Washington
– Roadmap to Recovery”

Hi Everyone,
Well, here we are again…. WA State has issued new requirements for Phase 1 Opening for Fitness Clubs.

We are now able to adjust occupancy based on size of our facility and rooms (1 per 500sq ft). Below are instructions for making reservations for specific spaces within the Club.
WA requires that members wear masks and social distance throughout the gym.

What that means for the Seattle Gym:
Overall, this new Phase 1 GYM operations will allow us to reopen our doors with restrictions; giving members access to workout equipment, classes and what many of us want and need--space.

1. For Main Floor / Weight Room Access: NO reservation required (at this time)
• The GYM will be open for up to 14 people at any given time, which allows 500 sq ft. per person.
• The TSG staff will closely monitor attendance and will restrict entry if it exceeds that number.
• We also request that everyone abide by the 6 ft. Social Distancing rule whenever in the using Gym equipment and/or moving around. Masks are required.

2. For CARDIO LOFT: Reservation required.
• Will have Max capacity for 5 members.
• Reserve your spot at CARDIO STUDIO

3. For GroupX Classes: Reservation required
• Class size restricted to 5 members with the Instructor on the Stage.
• Reserve your spot at GROUPX STUDIO
• Limited schedule and these classes will be simultaneously live-streamed for TSG Facebook page.

4. For BARRE STUDIO: Reservation required
• Private space to workout with the new MIRROR, Daily Burn, TSG VFit workouts or to simply have room to yourself
• Will have Max capacity for 1 member
• Reserve your spot at BARRE STUDIO

5. For CYCLING STUDIO: Reservation required
Workout to Peloton on our giant TV, or cycle on your own.
• Will have Max capacity for 2 members.
• Reserve your spot at CYCLE STUDIO

Also per WA requirements showers, saunas and lockers remain closed off.
The locker rooms will be open for necessary and limited personal use.

We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for our members and have been diligently reviewing guidelines recommended by Federal and State authorities, the CDC and OSHA-- as well as providing you with our industry’s best to stay healthy and strong. These new WA state requirements allow us to get one step closer to some normalcy.

As a community that thrives on working out we are in this together. We will need your help, and ask that you remain patient, compliant, and vigilant.

Thank you again for your continuing support and kind words while we all demonstrate we, the gym community, can be a positive force in getting WA healthy once again.

Hope to see you soon.
