TSG Urban BootCamp will take you OUTDOORS to test your mental and physical capabilities while enjoying the beautiful Seattle Summer weather (rain or shine).
You will complete a trek through Queen Anne and be challenged varying from team sandbag carries, kettlebell carries, spontaneous physical and memory challenges.
Each week the distance increases with a final challenge at the end of the season aimed at pushing your limits proving that you are capable of more than you thought possible.
This class is not for beginner exercisers.

Cade is a Certified and experienced Personal Trainer. A US Army Veteran who, after his service studied Health & Fitness Management at Texas A&M.
He likes to keep a real world perspective when it comes to fitness and believes the body should be able to move efficiently while also being mentally and physically strong.
