Dear TSG Friends,
As of 3/22/21 we are in Phase 3 of Healthy Washington- Roadmap to Recovery. Please read the following carefully.
GroupX classes starting 3/22/21 with 20 members – NO Reservations!!
- Class size restricted to 20 members (Cycle 12). Instructor may be teaching from the stage or floor.
- Schedule will continue to be limited, with some classes simultaneously live-streamed for TSG Facebook page.
- Masks are required in the gym and while participating in group class.
- We will also be livestreaming all in-person classes on The SeattleGYM Sidelined Private Facebook Group Page for members who prefer to workout at home or can't get into class.
All TSG members have access to TSG Sidelined Facebook Page and VFIT on demand with over 100 workouts to select from.
